Prepaid orders

Your orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours . We work with established courier companies across India and the tracking information will be shared to the customer after placing order. Any unforeseen delay caused by the courier partner is unexpected and Doctor Towels is not legally bound for such shipping delays caused by any events beyond our control. 


Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such a case, please receive the product and return it to us as per the Refund Policy.


We are committed to delivering your product to you as soon as possible but it may take up to 4-7 working days, depending on the delivery location.  

COD Orders

Our products are shipped within 4-7 working days tentatively after order confirmation. We work with established courier companies across India and the tracking information will be shared to the customer after placing order. Any unforeseen delay caused by the courier partner is unexpected and Doctor Towels is not legally bound for such shipping delays caused by the courier partner. 


The order will be shipped once order confirmation has been received via telephonic communication. Our customer care representative will be reaching out to you within 1-2 working days of the order being placed to validate the shipping address and ordered products. Failing to answer such validation calls, will result in delays in order processing.Â
